Terms of Service

1. The service

TeamFlow provides an online workspace for teams: tasks, projects, calendar, CRM and messages from connected channels. The service is evolving, so features may change.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your password safe and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.

3. Workspaces and roles

The workspace owner and admins manage members, roles, integrations and workspace data. The owner is responsible for having the right to store their clients' data in TeamFlow and to message them through connected channels.

4. Your data

Data you enter belongs to you or your organization. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited use

• sending spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels;
• breaking the law, other people's rights, or Meta, Google or Telegram policies;
• trying to access other workspaces, bypass limits, or overload the service with automated requests;
• uploading malicious code.

6. Third-party services

Integrations with Google, Meta, Telegram and others are subject to those companies' terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

7. Payments

The first 7 days of TeamFlow are free. After that a paid subscription is required, priced by team size. Prices are listed on the home page. Without an active subscription your data stays available to view but cannot be changed. You will never be charged without your consent.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may restrict access for violations of these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect damages. We recommend keeping copies of important data.

10. Changes

We will notify you of significant changes in advance. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and contact
