Data Deletion
How to delete your account and data from TeamFlow, including data received through Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in to TeamFlow.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- At the bottom of the page click “Delete account” and confirm.
What gets deleted
- your account, profile, photo and personal settings;
- your Google connections (Calendar, Drive) together with access tokens;
- workspaces where you are the only member, with all their data and Facebook, Instagram and Telegram connections;
- in shared workspaces your authorship of tasks and records is anonymized. If you are the owner, ownership passes to another admin or member.
Deletion happens immediately. Infrastructure backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email teamflow.company@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Facebook and Instagram data
To stop TeamFlow's access to your Page, remove the app in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → TeamFlow → Remove. TeamFlow will no longer receive new messages.
To delete messages and leads already received, the workspace owner can delete the workspace (Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace) or contact us.
If you messaged a Page that uses TeamFlow and want your conversation deleted, contact the Page owner or email teamflow.company@gmail.com with the Page name and your Facebook or Instagram name.
Google data
Disconnect Google services in TeamFlow (Settings → Integrations → Disconnect) or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google tokens are deleted from our database when you disconnect or delete your account.
